Save the date for the 2nd Annual Fit Pea scheduled for Saturday, October 4th at the Park City Sports Complex parking lot. This is almost a half day event, starting at 10:00 AM and ending in a pot luck luncheon Pic Nic to refuel ourselves after our workout.
We will structure the workout with options for all fitness levels and ages. Strength, Agility, and Cardio! Not limited to only riders, we encourage parents, guardians, significant others, and siblings to join in. Come out and work out fun with us!
We will meet up at the Park City Sports Complex (600 Gillmore Way) in the most eastern parking lot, by the bathrooms and covered pic-nic tables, well before you reach the ice rink. The Fit Peas event is on the Peas Calendar but the location will be changed- it will no longer be at Park City Mountain Resort.
***Bring a water bottle, hat, sunscreen, and dress in layers. I recommend bike gloves (for gripping bars, hands on slippery grass, etc.) and a yoga mat or sleeping pad, too.  Don’t forget your dish to share for post work out refueling!***
It’s an all weather affair- dress accordingly!!
