To whom does our fundraising go?
Half the money raised will go to Noble Horse Sanctuary and the other half will be evenly shared between the Peas to help with expenses during our show season. All you have to do is (1) generate sponsorship and (2) complete the race.
A little bit about the Noble Horse Sanctuary
Based in Salt Lake City, Noble Horse Sanctuary is focused on reducing the cruelty and suffering of horses. Noble Horse Sanctuary will rescue, provide emergency relief, rehabilitation, lifelong care and adoption of abused, neglected and unwanted horses; all with the objective of providing a sound, caring, safe home for the entirety of a horse’s life.
How can we generate funds?
Ask friends and family to chip in for the cause; even a little bit, some extra change, will go a long way. Maybe taking some homemade goodies into your workplace will encourage your colleagues or acquaintances to donate to the cause. Read up on Noble Horse Sanctuary so you can explain to horse and animal lovers how their contribution will make a difference.
