Hey All!

I’m writing to you on the heels of our final in-state event and I’d like to congratulate all those Peas for not only some inspirational riding and horsemanship this past weekend, but for an entire season of eyes up, shoulders back, and kicking on!  I’m so proud of you all!❤️💚

The Peas season, however, isn’t quite over yet- we still have LOTS of fun things going on!🤡

Let’s start with…Friday, September 20th is the Peas Showcase.  I’ve decided to adjust it slightly to account for including the most kiddos and instead of showcasing dressage tests, we’re going to be showing off our skills over trot pole courses.

The way it works:

Step 1. Each child will invite all their beloved friends and family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Step 2. Don’t forget to RSVP to me so that we can organize horses 🐴

Step 3. I’ll send everyone a general schedule which will include an approximate ride time.

Step 4. You’ll arrive a little while before your child’s ride time and you’ll sit and relax 🏖

Step 5. You’re kiddo will ride a trot pole course on one of their favorite horses and you’ll watch what a rockstar rider your child has become!🕺🏻🎉

There’ll be snacks and other refreshments, so bring an item to contribute if you’d like, as well as prizes for our budding athletes! 🤸🏼‍♀️

*For the older kids (those who don’t need to practice over trot poles), I encourage all of you to be present for The Showcase to guide the younger Peas over their courses and perhaps give them kind and supportive feedback, and CHEER, CHEER, CHEER!🥳🤩

Next…

You’ll notice on the schedule that September 28th has two fun event options, and we’re so conflicted!  If you have an opinion one way or another, take this survey and let me know:

Thank you!

I’m going to be out of town from October 1-24 because Marcus and Fawkes and I are going to practice our Italian for a few weeks! 🇮🇹 So we thought that this would be a nice time to wind down a bit as we come into the holidays.  However, lessons will be as usual and for those of you who’d like one last hurrah and are planning to attend our final outing at Fresno County Horse Park in November, you’ll still want to be keeping your horses fit and feisty!

Speaking of lessons, just a reminder to all of you that I’d like you emailing or calling or texting with any scheduling challenges. Don’t be shy!!  If you’re unable to make the scheduler work, or if you can’t find any open spots, pleeease let me know.  We’re happy to work with whatever your calendar challenges are! 📆  And while I’m in Italy, I’ll still be online (both figuratively and literally) so please communicate with me via email.

Okie dokie, that’s it for now.  Happy Monday, everyone!  😃
